DRAFT for Dinesh to review before launch. Plain-English summary of what the site really does. This is not legal advice. Last updated: 17 October 2026.
Who runs this
AIGenCanvas is run by Dinesh in Muscat, Oman. Contact: TODO[dinesh]: contact email.
What happens when you use the prompt improver
- The idea you type (and the style / use you pick) is sent to an AI service called MiniMax, only to write your three prompts. MiniMax is run by a company based in Singapore (Nanonoble Pte. Ltd.) and stores data in the United States. MiniMax says it may keep what you send and may use it to improve its services, and it does not give a fixed time for how long it keeps it. We cannot control that.
- If MiniMax is busy or fails, your idea may instead be sent to Cloudflare's AI (Workers AI), which says it does not keep these inputs and outputs after answering and does not use them to train models.
- Please do not put personal information in the idea box (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, health details or anything private). Write about things, places and moods instead.
- We do not store the text you type. To save effort, we may keep the finished prompts for up to 7 days, filed under a one-way code made from your idea. The code is not linked to you, your address or your visit. Personal details typed into the idea box could also appear in the prompts.
- No account, no login, no advertising, no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts from us.
Daily limits
To keep the tool free for everyone, each visitor can make 5 improvements a day. We count this with a one-way code made from your connection (IP address) and a secret ingredient. The code changes every day, can't be turned back into your address, and is deleted after about 3 days. We also count how many improvements the whole site did that day.
Bot check
Before a request is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person. Turnstile may look at basic browser and connection signals to decide; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. Cloudflare also handles basic traffic data (such as IP address) as our network provider, to deliver and protect the site.
The weekly email (optional)
- If you sign up we store your email address, the time and the wording version you agreed to, and whether you confirmed. We email you a link to confirm first (double opt-in); if you never click it, we delete the address after 7 days.
- You get one short email a week with 10 new prompts. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- If you unsubscribe we keep your address only on a "do not email" list so you aren't added again by mistake. To have it erased completely, write to the contact address above.
- We never sell or share your address. Emails are sent through TODO[dinesh]: name the email service once chosen, which handles them for us.
Your choices
You can use the tool without giving us any personal information. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete or correct your email address by writing to the contact address.
Changes
If this changes, we will update this page and its date.
